Introducing Hillside Retreat: Brentwood TN

Hillside Retreat located in Brentwood TN had an old deck with unsafe stairs and a failing retaining wall (shown here). The homeowners hired Outman LandWorks to help design and bring a long-desired dream to life. The new plan incorporates a terracing of usable elevations with multiple safe options to move around.  

The plan started with an initial introduction to the site and evaluation. The early stages existed of a collection of conceptual plans and discussions to develop a Master Plan.
